Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours
before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule,
please do so using this portal or message me on Instagram

Any no shows will be strictly banned from making future bookings.
Clients will be given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes,
there will be a $15 late fee. Up to 20 minutes and your
appointment may be cancelled. Please let me know if you will be
running late on Instagram.
New clients must come in with bare nails as I do not offer foreign
soak offs. Please get them removed if you have a set from another
artist.
Returning clients please remember to select 'Soak off' if required
(applies to my sets only).
I am a home-based studio in Melbourne, Springvale. Please be
mindful of the space as it is a family home. Do not book unless
you are comfortable in this setting as any inappropriate behaviour
will not be tolerated.
